Let's go on an inner journey of discovery! Through meditation we come into contact with ourselves. When we anchor ourselves in the body, we can let emotions and thoughts flow through us and find our strength. We want to meditate together and create a space full of exchange. Nobody has to share anything - but everyone can. In the silence of meditation we can come across deeply hidden things. As a psychologist, Jan is available to support you in your inner adventures - without prejudice and with a lot of empathy.
