Our mini, midi and maxi monster courses introduce children to their first yoga exercises in a playful way. The course hours consist of music, parcours and games, which are enriched with asanas, mindfulness exercises and aerial and wobble elements. There are courses with and without parents.

What happens in a children's yoga class?



Yoga can support children in numerous everyday situations.
Doing the exercises regularly promotes body awareness, trains the muscles and relaxes.

The yoga courses at Yogamonster are suitable for beginners and advanced.

Each hour is dedicated to an overarching theme.

Sometimes it's about your feelings or current events in the world as well as everyday situations that you have to deal with.


We use the elements of different yoga styles as well as our wobble boards and aerial hammocks. Games, mandalas, meditation and music also find their place in our varied hours.

These courses are particularly suitable for those who would like to try out all kinds of styles and do not want to be tied to a fixed course.

When booking, please note our different age groups. This course is available as Parent-Child Classes for Minis (2 - 4 years) and Midis (2 - 6 years) or as   

Children's yoga course without parents from 5 years   .
